The 2026 ALERRT Conference is coming and this year marks a major milestone in our growth. We invite you to be part of our biggest and most dynamic event yet. This year, we’re moving to the expansive Kalahari Resort to accommodate increased attendance, a significantly larger vendor show floor, and an elevated conference experience.

Vendor Check-In & Setup
Monday, November 16: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, November 17: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM

Vendor Show Hours
Tuesday, November 17: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, November 18: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2026 Vendor Registration

Questions about the 2026 conference vendor show, or about future vendor shows, can be directed to allison@alerrt.org.

• From date of payment until December 31, 2026 your company name and logo will be added to the title of the conference, will be displayed on all advertisement, flyers, printed, banners, and broadcast in regards to the 2026 conference
• A link to your website will be added to the sponsors list
• Banner Ads, and Push Notifications on Event App
• Vendor booth will have 25x25 space at main entrance of show with 3 - 6' tables and 6 chairs
• WiFi Connection
• Additional Advertisement possibilities throughout the conference
• Invitation for Sponsor and Instructor Dinner (Limited to 6 Reps)
• Sponsorship Opportunities

• Vendor booth space will be in a preferred location, a 20'x10' booth space with (2) 8' tables and 4 chairs
