Assistant Chief of EMS; Harris Co ESD 48 FD
Eric A. Bank, LP, NRP, graduated from the EMS management program at Hahnemann University in 1996, working as a paramedic in the region. Returning home to Katy in 2000 to work as a paramedic at West Harris County (Texas) EMS, becoming the EMS director in 2002. In late 2009, he became the Assistant Chief of EMS at HCESD 48 Fire-EMS.
An active research participant in pre-hospital medicine with a focus on trauma care, including multiple peer reviewed case studies and publications. Chief Bank also serves as the Co-Chair for the South East Regional Advisory Council trauma committee, serving Harris and the 8 surrounding counties.
